\n\t\t\tOn the morning of May 29, 2015, the 2015 Student Research Conference was hosted successfully at University of Foreign Language Studies. <\/span><\/span><\/div>\n
\n\t\t\tAttending the conference were Prof. Dr. Tr\u01b0\u01a1ng B\u00e1 Thanh \u2013 Vice President of The University of Da Nang, Dr. Tran Huu Phuc \u2013 Rector of University of Foreign Language Studies – The University of Da Nang (UFLS \u2013 UD) and nearly 1.000 UFLS \u2013 UD faculty, staff and students.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\n\t\t\tProf. Dr. Truong Ba Thanh delivered speech<\/em><\/span><\/span><\/div>\n

\n\t\t\tOn behalf of UD directorial Board, Prof. Dr. Truong Ba Thanh recognized and appreciated achievements that the University of Foreign Language Studies gained in research activities. Prof. Truong Ba Thanh said the most significant achievement of University of Foreign Language Studies in years was student and lecturer researches such as collaborating in compiling Oxford English Dictionary – the first copyright in Viet Nam and students\u2019 research activities, scientific research themes having practical implementation, winning prizes from University of Da Nang, Ministry of Education and Training etc. that contributed to exalt the prestige of The University of Da Nang.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n

\n\t\t\t\tIn the opening speech, Dr, Tran Huu Phuc stressed: \u201cThe Student Research Conference 2015 gathered 51 research themes picking out from more than 160 themes, with the participation of over 200 students of 7 departments. This figure showed the strict and serious study as well as their passion in researching\u201d.He added: \u201cThe Student Research Conference 2015 is the Research and Creativity Day of Youth. This is a place for students to exchange and share learning and researching experiences, a change for them to display their intellectual capacity while they are learning and trained in academic environments of\u00a0high quality at UFLS \u2013 UD.At the conference, 51 research works were chosen to represent and approved by 5 sub-boards. Research themes focused on academic fields: linguistics, methodology, literature, culture and society, tourism, translation, international affairs, information technology applications\u2026<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n
