\n\t\t– Research, select and suggest curriculum, teaching materials and visual aids for teaching process<\/div>\n
\n\t\t– Establish program frameworks and teaching programs; work with Schools to develop program frameworks and distribute teaching programs to Schools<\/div>\n
\n\t\t– Building lesson plans<\/div>\n
\n\t\t– Preparing visual aids<\/div>\n
\n\t\t– Take on class observation and teacher evaluation<\/div>\n
\n\t\t– Attending training courses for teachers<\/div>\n
\n\t\t– Develop final, year-end, mid-course, end of course and excellent student tests<\/div>\n
\n\t\t– Organize seminars, demos, conferences and extracurricular activities<\/div>\n
