ANNOUNCEMENT
On update of students’ personal information
 
            Upon implementation of Announcement No. 78/BGDDT-VP dated January 07, 2019 of Ministry of Education and Training on statistical reports (Academic year 2018-2019), the University informs Ph.D. students, postgraduate students, undergraduate students of updating personal information as follows:
 
1. Learners: Full-time and Part-time students, Postgraduate students, current Ph.D. students.     
2. Time: From 13/05/2019 to 17/05/2019
3. Procedures:

-For Ph.D. students, access this link:  https://bitly.vn/3b0n
-Update of personal information should be performed in accordance with the guidelines.
-Click “Send” to send updated information.
 
4. Implementation:
 
-Ph.D. students, postgraduate students, undergraduate students are responsible for making complete and timely update of personal information as requested.   
-Department of Student Affairs, cooperated with Department of Academic Affairs is responsible for updating students’ personal information onto the system of Ministry of Education and Training as requested.
-The Rector of the University requires relevant Departments and Units to actively update students’ personal information./.
